At Pure, our approach is to first ensure your property is appropriate for a heat pump installation. We undertake a comprehensive survey as part of the MCS process, to produce a heat loss calculation. The heat pump will be specified using this data, along with any additional works to the heating system that may be required.
Survey & Installation Process
- Step 1: Site survey to assess the property’s heat demand and make recommendations for building fabric/insulation upgrades.
- Step 2: Prepare the system specification, the performance estimate according to the MCS Heat Pump System Performance Estimate methodology, and quotation.
- Step 3: Contract award
- Step 4: Installation
- Step 5: Commissioning and Handover
